John, Gerry cannot get along with us friends on regular computers, yet alone iPhone stuff.  Gerry is very old, cannot communicate reliably with all the new stuff that we have.  All of us have the same issues, it is not just you.  It has been a constant issue for several years now.  It is just sort of how it goes, technology wise.
