Hi Jim,

I think Gerry was on the verge of failure. Keyboard and mouse were not responding. No video output. I rebooted it and the system was dead... no beeps, no fans, quiet. :(

And this is why there is always a spare of the exact same model as Gerry. I moved the disks and NIC to the spare server and we appear to be back in service.
