John,
So sorry to hear of this. Surrounded by oaks I have the same fear when the wind kicks up. Ron at Bus Depot had a van suffer a similar fate years ago and photos exist. His was mightily squashed amidships.
Pull the drivetrain in hopes of finding a suitable replacement van. Don’t give up yet!
