I am kind of with Mike Miller regarding this option.  The problem is....there are too many options!  I mean the Vanagon List was the king.  Next was The Samba.  Then came Facebook with Vanagon Owners Group and Vanagon Cafe; personally these are my favorites....so easy...and no I am not inundated with spam and ads maybe because I use Firefox with an AdBlocker.  Almost every post includes pictures, some even include videos.

Regarding Vanagon Cafe...great resource.  What's nice is that if you post something or comment on something, and somebody else comments to that, you get a "Notification"....so you can immediately get back into the conversation and elaborate or clarify as necessary.
Specifically Dennis...you one time gave me great advice about how clogged fuel tank outlet was affecting my Vanagon in hot conditions or high elevations; since then, I have passed on your wisdom to at least 5 guys, and they were immensely relieved to have pinpointed the source of their frustrations.
So all of these are great...but too many options is a problem.

This looks like it get a lot of attention and is easy to set up discussion groups. It is add supported and they allow sponsors for the groups.
I was thinking of starting a "Vanagon" group. Is there any interest?
