Subject:Upper Control Arm Camber Nut
From:Jack R <jack007@COMCAST.NET>

Last summer my Upper Control Arm Camber nut came loose again, following a
"profession" VW mechanic alignment. It was totally disengaged, and the
whole front end was loose.

So, I readjusted the Camber and ordered 2 new nuts from T3, as these nuts
have distorted threads. I used red lock-tight, and locked in the nut with
the old nut. I also torque over the recommended 54 ft. lbs, to about 65.

Here is a photo of the nuts.

Everything seems solid, and checking with the list to see if anyone else has
experienced this issue?

Thanks!
