OK, got it off and new receiver installed.  That was one stuck connector and a tricky angle to work at. I warmed it up a bit to be nice to the old plastic then worked side to side while pulling out.  That finally resulted in it coming cleanly apart. 

Now have matching seat belts without holes in them.
