Put a door on it and use it for easily available, often used, storage. Hardware is available for a door that sits flush and wouldn't bang into ones legs while in the back seat.'

My 84 has no rear heater. I’ll leave it that way. But, what have people done with the opening? Are there some creative ideas out there?
I think Uniwerks makes a plate. I could also cover with a piece of wood. I even have a piece of matching brown carpet I could make a cover out of that.
The opening is sometimes helpful to fish things out but I don’t love the unfinished feel of it.
Anyone done some creative things there?
