Hi Ken,
Can you tell me a bit more about what the idle control unit does in the 2.1?
I have a 2.3 with GW Fuel injection, idle has always been less than great both on this 2.3 and the recent one installed.
I’m having some work done to dial it in. One thing we found was that the idle was at 41 and should have been 35.
Now van is more likely to stall from a start especially in reverse. Is it possible my ICU is not healthy?
I was actually just handed two of them by friends and could swap them in to try but wonder if this is really a symptom of a bad one.
Any way to test the ICU so I know if I have a good spare or should send them in as cores for folks to rebuild for future users.
Thank you for the great recent posts on list and YouTube.
