My sliding door has been getting more and more difficult to open. The rear edge wasn't jumping out when the handle was opened so instead of reaching back and pulling out I was jerking harder and harder on the handle.
Handle broke.
So now I need to replace the handle and whatever mechanism makes the rear edge pop out. A handle I can find because I know the name for it. What is the rear mechanism called so I can check the usual suspects to find a new one?
