I'm old and crippled up and could not get under my van. Nobody in this big
city - biggest in Alabama - wanted  to even put it on a rack just to look,
much less work on it. It would run, just had to keep speed low on an
interstate and you know how hazardous that can be with everybody going 90
mph with their hair on fire. Found a shop specialized in these old vans but
they were over 100 miles away. Really didn't want to go that far. T
discovered a specialty shop whose work was mostly on exotic foreign cars -
Jaguar XKE, Maserati, Bentley, Rolls Royce and the like. They agreed to
take my van in. Had to have the fuel tank resealed as well. 3 hours later
it was a done deal. And the problem with the on-off of the engine? Awire to
the VSS was rubbed through and broke the circuit. Spliced it  together and
the engine ran great. I want to give a shoutout for HESCO Automotive in
Birmingham, Alabama.
