        Glad you responded as I didn’t see the original message.

I read somewhere that the average life of a new car is 15 years.  Taking good care of a car gets you more but the little issues start up.

The challenge for us is knowing what is past it’s life span and needing to be changed in advance of a failure. 

        I have a friend that will often say to me something like.  I can’t believe I have to change that bus starter again.  I just did it 25 years ago.
