I folks,

        I’ve gotten O rings from several vender sources including GW and Bus Lab, non worked.  Even with the new core.  They seeped. 

I decided to finally use gasket sealer but when I went to do this with a friend.  I wanted sighted help to keep the goop out of the coolant.  We noticed that the Bus Depot O Ring, marked Genuine VW part and more then three times the price of the others was thicker.  So we tried it all by itself.

I reported earlier it seemed to be working.

After a second couple of drives it is again dry and holding. 

So, just saying, I ordered a second one from Bus Depot to keep in my spare.  Hopefully I won’t need it and after three failures finally  part number 4 is working.
