Funny thing, noticed the other day the wipers wouldn’t work. I have other things to do with van and only today found wiper fuse blown. That’s funny I thought. I replaced fuse this afternoon after doing more body work. Started the van and wipers plus washer pumps came on. Front and rear. Wouldn’t turn off.

Pulled the fuse and drove home. I’m going to reseat relays, but both front and rear wiper relays need reseating at same time ? Doubt that’s the answer. Must be the switch? 
What do you think? 
I have the feeling I’m missing something in my thought process ( not the first time )
