It was the belt on the drivers side!
The belt got behind the moving parts, the plastic sleeve where it
mounts at the side wall (next to the person) was bent in half. A GOOD
flashlight allowed me to see the problem. I routed the belt back to
where it belonged and was able get it unstuck.
