Sorry, wasn’t as clear as I could be.
No I mean the guide sleeve that the throw out bearing rides on. Triangular base, three screws to bellhousing.
I’ve only got the metal part. Bentley says grease metal sleeve with moly, Don not grease plastic sleeve. And there looks like two triangular bits on pic on page 30.8
Maybe there are two options? Metal or plastic?

The bell housing needs to be removed and it helps to drop the diff to service-check that coupling. There is a screw holding the shaft from falling out but the splined coupling sleeve is what transfers the power. The is a snap ring that holds the sleeve. There should be just a bit of play in the coupling to take angular misalignment for the input shaft. Hope this helps.
