My experience is rear drums are fine if well adjusted. They are
essential on 2 wheel motorcycles & scooters- I always brake using both.
I thought the bigger booster mainly affected pedal force & feel.

FWIW unless GW has changed their kit I wouldn't recommend it. I would
probably go with the Audi G60.
