What year is your van?
Believe it or not, the blinker indicator in the dash gets unfused power
and thus can light up even if the fused power to the flasher relay is bad.
If you are saying that the indicator comes on solid when you flip the
turn lever then that shows the lever switch is working.
Check your fuse!
